SYNOPSIS

A woman roams through the spaces she once shared with her partner.

Memories of the past intertwine with a fantasmagoric present.

As the story fills with these memories, her presence starts fading.

DIRECTOR'S VISION

“Cicatrices” lyrics evoke the experience of someone seeking to heal a wound caused by a relationship. Furthermore, the musical arrangements convey the sensation of entering a space reminiscent of a thriller or mystery.
The rhythm and climactic moments of this single immerse the listener in a kind of purgatory, an ambiguous trance-like state, where the horror of the idea of a breakup causes a stasis in time.

The hands of the clocks do not move forward, the photos of memories fade away,
the couple cannot bring themselves to look each other in the eyes.

The relationship either heals or breaks apart forever.

To enhance this transitional state, the camera will constantly feel as if it is floating, in motion. To achieve this, technical equipment will be used that is comfortable to handle and allows the camera to move from one space to another. The lighting design will enhance this sensation by creating shadows, contrasts, and using lamps or
functional lighting on objects to set the mood.

In contrast to the suggested trance, the location will be filled with repetitive objects from different eras, complementing an atmosphere of purgatory and accumulation
